Abstract or full paper submissions are welcome. The deadline for both abstract and full paper submissions is January 31st, 2025.

All accepted submissions (abstract or full paper) will be included in the conference Proceedings and published on the ÉTS online archive.

Full papers must be submitted in their final form for peer review

Students are encouraged to submit full papers, as the CSME, CFDSC and CSR will run student paper competitions.
Archival journals may also invite selected authors of papers to submit their work for publication in special issues.

Presentations at the congress can be done in either English or French.
